Exchange and Returns


We want our customers to be happy with their purchases and we realize ordering online without fitting can be a challenge. Therefore we offer a seven days return policy on standard size dresses. As long as your item is sent back to us (postmarked) within 7 days of your order's delivery date, in the EXACT same condition it was sent to you.**

Steps for returning an item:

  1. Contact us immediately after you have tried on the dress if you wish to return.  We cannot accept returns if you contact us 7 days after you receive the dress (receipt date will be based on tracking information).
  2. You will be given an RMA number or reference number for the return, and you will need to ship the dress back as soon as you can. 
  3. After we receive and inspect your returned item, you refund will be issued. Shipping fees are non refundable and it is client's responsibility to ship the item back. If you received Free Shipping and wish to return the item, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.  "Free Shipping is awarded under the condition of purchase".
  • Standard Size dress have a 15% restocking fee on returns. 
  • Custom size or dress with custom changes have a 35% restocking fee on returns. 
  • Robes and other personal items are final sale.

**Special order dresses, custom made dresses including made to measure, crinolines and petticoats are not refundable due to their nature.



  • Your order can be cancelled with no penalty within 48 hours. 
  • After 48 hours, there is a 15% cancellation fee. 



As most of our products are made to order, you will need to return the unwanted item to us and then place a new order. 


-All returned item must be in original condition.

-Please contact us prior to sending an item back, any item sent back without a RMA Number will not be processed. Refund will take 3-5 business days to credit to your bank due to the processing time of merchant service company.
