I ordered this for my wedding, so I want to be honest in my review for anyone looking to wear it as a wedding dress.
TL;DR: The dress ended up looking lovely on the wedding day, but did not look like the dress in the image when I received it.
Prior to ordering, I asked what color I should select to match the image (off-white with cream cummerbund) and was told Ivory. I ordered Ivory, and the dress I received was very white - not the end of the world, just not what I was planning for.
Based on the measurement chart, I ordered a size up and planned to tailor it if needed; the dress ended up fitting perfectly (which was a welcome surprise!), so I would recommend sizing up.
The basic framework of the dress was well constructed (full skirt with built-in petticoats, built-in bra) and comfortable to wear. The seamstress I took it to even remarked on how nicely the dress was made.
The issue: when I received this dress, the bust looked nothing like the photo; the fabric used was the same fabric as the skirt, which was extremely soft and lightweight and caused the ruffles to fall forward, exposing unfinished seams and making the top of the dress look lopsided and slouchy instead of structured. It was unwearable as-is. I reached out and was told to add some stitches throughout to hold up the fabric. Unfortunately, that did not fix it, and I had to pay a seamstress an exorbitant amount of money to hand stitch every row down. It was better, but not perfect. On the wedding day, we were still adding individual stitches by hand to fix the floppy ruffles. The bust should have been made out of a different, stiffer fabric from the skirt that would have held its shape.
Ultimately, I was able to wear this dress for my wedding and got many compliments, but I had to do a lot of work to make it resemble the dress I ordered.
I had alterations and adjustments made to this JoJo shop dress for my wedding, and I was so pleased with the results!! It turned out perfectly, and the shop’s communication through email was excellent.
I love that the product is exactly as pictured. Fit was nice as the measurements were accurate to the size. I wish I would have known the sleeves were not lined. Beautiful dress and doesn’t seem like cheap fabric.
I wore this dress at my wedding in the early fall, and I absolutely adore it. The only complaint I have is that my dress seemed to have a LOT more fabric in the cowl (not sure what to call it) than the one pictured. I ended up tucking it all under the morning of my wedding because I just couldn’t figure out what to do with all that fabric. Still, it looked beautiful and no one noticed I’d done anything to it.

I was so skeptical of this website due to the lack of reviews but the dress I bought was so beautiful and fitted me well. For those who need it, if you don’t know your measurements, look up the brands of clothing you wear and look at their size chart and see where it fits here for your dress! Beautiful dress, it came quickly, but MAN is it the smallest medium I have tried on! It doesn’t fit. If I could exchange it I would. I am hoping to sell it to someone for a prom dress.
My loveley dress arrived and there was no way I would fit into it in time for my event. Over email, I shared my measurements and was told to get a 18W. I pushed back and they suggested a 16W. How I wish I never did that.
I reached out to see if I could get this dress in red and have the dresses hem made longer to be ankle length and it turned out to be everything I pictured! The dress is such good quality other than the fact it can be a little hard to zip up but I think it’s due to how thick the layers are. Customer service was 10/10 and made the whole experience awesome! I’m IN LOVE with this dress! Will definitely be ordering from here again!

Hi there. We love the dress. The only problem is that the rules of cotillion here in the RGV are that they can only have clear sequence and or white (no silver, gold, pink) and white pearls. The sequence look silver and I am trying to figure this out. I did not know that these were on there.
Is it clear sequence or silver? Please advise. Thank you:
My boyfriend(I’m leaving the review on his account) bought this dress for me as a birthday present.The quality of this dress was great! The zipper is a little cheap though and can be hard to zip up. Other than that the dress is beautiful and everything I wanted . The seller was super helpful and nice. I would definitely buy from here again.

I just love this dress! It came in a very timely manner so I could get it altered for a perfect fit. Exactly what I wanted to wear for my “Second Time Around” wedding.
The dress is exactly as pictured. I ordered it custom in a light champagne (slightly more yellow than expected, but surprisingly better for my complexion). I admittedly gave slightly larger measurements and will be getting it fitted locally. The craftsmanship of the dress is amazing - I am thrilled with the quality. Thank you so much for helping to make my wedding dress perfect for me!
The good, it came exactly the color I requested, the fit was amazing and it started up all night. Overall I'm very pleased with it.
So so so SOOO many more dense ruffles on the skirt than pictured. I took shears and a seam ripper to it and removed 3/4s of what came on it and it was still VERY ruffled.
Dress is perfect, better than I had expected.
I bought larger size so my local seamstress can taylor to me. Could not be happier.
I could not have asked for a more beautiful dress. The fit was perfect. I do not have to have anything done to it. Jojo Shop was in communication with me on the fit and everything. It's my dream dress.
