Online purchase disappointment

I bought the dress based off the picture. When the dress came it looked nothing like the picture. So many small details were off that it totally altered the entire look. I could list the many details but I’m more irritated that once I decided to return the dress and now have been waiting over two weeks and still no refund. I’ve sent emails and called but still have not heard about my money. This is completely unacceptable.

Perfection

I ordered this dress and was very nervous about ordering online. They were very helpful though and the dress fit perfectly! Everyone asked where I got it from!!

Do not order!

I received my dress the day before my wedding. When I ordered the dress I measured myself exactly with my bust waist hips and hollow too hem. I selected the size that was closest to my measurements with the bust and hips being perfect size but a one inch gap on my waist. I knew I was going too need it altered but ordered the dress anyways thinking I would have time. I did not. When I did get the dress the day before my wedding was supposed too be the shoulders were falling off the waist had an excess SIX INCHES. The sleeves where absolutely giant and looked more like tuxedo sleeves than dress sleeves. I chose a dress where my ankles and shins would be showing but the dress fell under my feet! The dress looked like a giant drape!! I don’t understand how I custom measured myself and selected my size and when I got it it was like they sent me the largest size they had. The material looked good so that was not bad. Luckily we moved back the wedding too a different date so I have time too get it altered. They are taking six inches off the waist, two inches off the sleeves, raising the waistline two inches, and cropping the skirt by five inches. I don’t understand!!! The alternations are costing me more money than the actual dress!!! I would advise anyone not too order from this shop unless they are well aware of not receiving quality.

Great Assistance!

I ordered my dress and had great follow up questions from the company. My dress came in and looked exactly like what I had ordered. It also fit great, thanks to their care in getting my measurements. The only thing was it needed to be hemmed up a little.

Returns 

We want our customers to be happy with their purchases and we realize ordering online without fitting can be a challenge. Therefore we offer a seven days return policy on standard size dresses. As long as your item is sent back to us (postmarked) within 7 days of your order's delivery date, in the EXACT same condition it was sent to you.**

Steps for returning an item:

  1. Contact us immediately after you have tried on the dress if you wish to return.  We cannot accept returns if you contact us 7 days after you receive the dress (receipt date will be based on tracking information).
  2. You will be given an RMA number or reference number for the return, and you will need to ship the dress back as soon as you can. 
  3. After we receive and inspect your returned item, you refund will be issued. Shipping fees are non refundable and it is client's responsibility to ship the item back. If you received Free Shipping and wish to return the item, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.  "Free Shipping is awarded under the condition of purchase".
  • Standard Size dress have a 15% restocking fee on returns. 
  • Custom size or dress with custom changes have a 35% restocking fee on returns. 
  • Robes and other personal items are final sale.

**Special order dresses, custom made dresses including made to measure, crinolines and petticoats are not refundable due to their nature.

 

Cancellations

  • Your order can be cancelled with no penalty within 48 hours. 
  • After 48 hours, there is a 15% cancellation fee. 

 

Exchanges

As most of our products are made to order, you will need to return the unwanted item to us and then place a new order. 

Note:

-All returned item must be in original condition.

-Please contact us prior to sending an item back, any item sent back without a RMA Number will not be processed. Refund will take 3-5 business days to credit to your bank due to the processing time of merchant service company.
